Devin A. Weisberg:: Trial Attorney

Mr. Weisberg is a member of the State Bar of California, American Trial
Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. Mr. Weisberg is an
active member of the Criminal, Civil, and Family Law Sections of the State
Bar of California. He is qualified to practice before all  California Superior
Courts, California Courts of Appeal, California Supreme Court, and the
United States Central District Court.

Mr. Weisberg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Business Economics from
the University of Southern California in 1999. He received a Juris Doctor
from Loyola Law School in 2002.

He was one of several trial attorneys involved in prosecuting the 1994
Northridge Earthquake litigation cases in 2002 wherein he represented over
30 households that were defrauded by insurance companies in the wake of
the 1994 Northridge Earthquake.

Mr. Weisberg has a broad background in commercial litigation and has
worked on matters involving contract disputes, business torts, insurance
coverage and bad faith, governmental liability, product liability and toxic
torts, medical malpractice, labor and employment, real estate and secured
transactions, and construction defect. Mr. Weisberg has been lead counsel
in jury trials, bench trials, and in various arbitrations. In addition to his trial
work, Mr. Weisberg has successfully resolved a significant number of
matters through mediation, negotiation, and other forms of alternative dispute
resolution.

Mr. Weisberg has won numerous criminal trials and has achieved hung juries
resulting in dismissals in over 80% of the cases he has handled.

Mr. Weisberg handles over 50 divorce cases per year and has handled over
200 child custody cases since 2005.

Mr. Weisberg has traveled to China, Hong Kong,
Macau, Korea,
Indonesia, Nicaragua, Mexico, Costa Rica, Italy, Spain, France, Germany,
Switzerland, Belgium, Slovenia, and Australia. He is fluent in Spanish.
